Thank you for taking the time to read a little about us!  Let us introduce ourselves, we are Sam Williams and Tabitha Burnette.  We are the owner and operators of Elevation Property Management.  We reside right here in the Black Hills, this is our home and our community.  For much of our careers we both worked in corporate America but dreamed of something much bigger.  Our family has been in the hospitality industry for 50+ years, each in a little different facet.  As the Black Hills popularity grew so did our curiosity.  How can we blend our families established hospitality industry background with our passion to bring more visitors to the beautiful hills of South Dakota?  It was through our own vacation rental experiences that our vision became reality.  We had some good experiences with vacation rentals and some not so good experiences, probably like many of you.  Through those experiences we learned a lot about what made some experiences better than others and from that we set out on a quest to build the most trusted and premier vacation rental company for not only our guest but our home owners as well.  Here we are today living our dream as owners of Elevation Property Management and we can not wait to be a part of your very special vacation!

Meet high-school sweethearts Cactus and Nicole!  Originally from Nebraska, Cactus and Nicole decided to join our family business and they now proudly call the Black Hills of South Dakota home.  Nicole started working along side her dad (Elevation Property Management owner Sam Williams) at a young age.  Over the past ten years, the two formed an inseparable bond as they along with Sam's son Chris built a Motorsports promoting business known as, "Ultimate Derby."  Nicole has remained steadfast in her desire to pursue business as a career and once she met Cactus the seed was planted that one day they would go on to do great things.  Cactus comes from strong family values with an incredible work ethic, Cactus is always willing to do any task needed from assisting with home repairs and guests services, to ATV rentals/deliveries/maintenance, to reservations and scheduling, to Certified Hot Tub technician and management, to working and individualizing each property owners needs.  Nicole with a strong insight on business, assists with all aspects of Elevation Property Management, she is also a Licensed Property Manager in South Dakota and is pursing photography with a focus on real estate photography and drone videos.  

Brady and Kaylan's story began after meeting one another at school several years ago.  Kaylan is the daughter of Elevation Property owner Tabitha Burnette.  Brady and Kaylan are both graduates of University of North Carolina Charlotte and plan to marry in fall of 2023.  Both had the opportunity to work and volunteer within their community for many years and from that they learned they had a passion for being a part of a community focused business.  Brady and Kaylan played an intrical role in the start up and continued success of Elevation Property Management.  Brady went on to expand his knowledge of property management thru becoming a hot tub technician, jumps in to assist on the sales side of our sister company Outlaw ATV Rentals, delivers ATV's to renters and assist with reservations and bookings.  Kaylan is licensed in Property Management in South Dakota, she assists with reservations, dynamic pricing, customer service and strives to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible.
